JoeStylePh: Summer Get Up

Oh summer! I am starting to love and hate you. Why? I love the fact that summer will always be my escape when it comes to vacation. The reality that this week, I am going back to the beautiful island of Mindoro, Puerto Galera; makes me so excited without thinking about my classes and quizzes the next day (I graduated last March 2016). Also, I am not happy of the increasing heat index here in the Philippines.

Into the street (Lakad!)

Since it’s too hot outside, I wouldn’t dare to wear a dark colored outfit, but will still maintain a stylish one. How about a combination of ripped jeans and striped shirt?

Waiting for you haha

My advice is to not wear a heavy colored top because it definitely adds the heat capability absorption of the fabric.

I guess it’ll work on how you handle the outfit. The shirt I am wearing is from F&X. Their shirts don’t just represent coolness, but also stylistic as the designs are edgy and detailed.

Ripped pants would be great because of the hotness brought by the environment. The lesser the fabric the better (haha kiddin’). I think it’s time for me to show some skin.

SoulCal&Co Outfitters

I am wearing SoulCal&Co. Outfitters; originated in America which is dedicated to create pieces that are powerful inside and out (durable and superb style).

Fly Shades

A summer getup would not be complete without a sunny. My trusted brand and sponsor Fly Shades is the best, I guarantee you.

It’s really getting too hot these days. Even though I’m now based in my home province and our place is windy, the breeze is still warm! I guess this is the summer wherein I have spent a lot of traveling to the beach or a spring resort. I just came from one last weekend and I’ll be heading to another this weekend. I’m just taking advantage of being in the Visayas where beaches abound while I’m still based here. πŸ™‚

I am loving the outfit although I’m not a fan of printed tees. I like my tees plain without any design or writing on them. I also love those jeans. I’m all for distressed jeans. They’re my fave!

I really can’t blame you for wanting to dress less. The weather really is killing it out there, and aside from dressing fashionably, I hope you’re also keeping yourself hydrated. Lol. The outfit is cool! It’s definitely better to choose lighter colors.

Wearing ripped jeans is another way of beating the heat other than shorts this summer. But not everone can pull it off. Your outfit looks good on you though, and the sunnies are cool.
